Cheryl's Review and Reflection:
If you have ever tried to read The Secret Doctrine by Helena Blavatsky, you know how thick, deep, and esoteric are the concepts and the writing contained within this hugely important Theosophical work. When I first came across The Divine Plan, I wished that I had it at my initial reading of The Secret Doctrine because Barborka's book so clearly elucidates the many complexities of the work and thought of Helena Blavatsky, of Theosophy, and of The Secret Doctrine.
Mr. Barborka, though too young to be a personal acquaintance of Blavatsky, was a thorough student of Theosophy as well as the many spiritual, philosophical, and scientific concepts which occupied Blavatsky in The Secret Doctrine. He brings an organization of thought and concept to the main ideas and presents them clearly and with passionate explanation. The result is a clarity of understanding that eludes many, including me, upon first entering the deep waters of The Secret Doctrine.
I give this my highest recommendation especially to those eager to understand Blavatsky, Theosophy or The Secret Doctrine.
