This book helped me to develop my own understanding of the flow of energy around the body.  Ms. Brennan began her career as a NASA scientist but was finally forced to first acknowledge and then explain to others her ability to see energy and understand the purpose of the many layers of energy which comprise the human energy field.  This book goes into excellent detail about the purpose and origins of the various layers as well as discussing possible interferences and their results.  The illustrations, both color and black and white, help you to visualize this flow.
